Prescription Policy

Stroud Road Veterinary Surgery provides written prescriptions in line with CMA medicine transparency requirements.

Clients can request a written prescription via: during consultation, phone, email and online portal.

Hard copy prescriptions can be supplied by the end of consultation. Digital prescriptions are typically supplied within 2 business days. Prescriptions can be sent to: client and nominated pharmacy.

First medicine fee: £21.00. Additional medicine fee (same consultation): £12.00.

Repeat medication requests are handled per request and reviewed by the clinical team.

Declared exclusions: controlled drugs.
