In-House Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory allows us to run a wide range of blood tests, urine tests, and other analyses on the same day. This means we can often get results within minutes, helping us make faster treatment decisions for your pet.

Digital X-Ray
Our digital X-ray system produces high-quality images almost instantly, reducing the time your pet needs to stay still and allowing us to assess results immediately. X-rays are commonly used to examine bones, joints, the chest, and abdomen. They are invaluable in diagnosing fractures, heart disease, foreign bodies, and many other conditions.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique that uses sound waves to create pictures of organs inside the body. It is particularly useful for examining the abdomen, including the liver, kidneys, bladder, and reproductive organs. Ultrasound can also be used for pregnancy diagnosis and to guide biopsy procedures.
Microscopy
Our microscopy equipment allows us to examine skin scrapes, ear swabs, fine needle aspirates, and other samples in-house. This is essential for diagnosing skin conditions, ear infections, certain cancers, and parasitic infections quickly and accurately.
External Laboratory
For more specialised tests such as histopathology, advanced hormone assays, or infectious disease screening, we work with trusted external laboratories. Samples are typically collected at the practice and sent by courier, with results available within a few working days.
